The Hot Mess
10oz of smoked pork topped with pickled onions, pickled jalapeños and pimento cheese, drenched in cheese sauce and smoked poblano pepper cream sauce on a toasted 8-inch sub roll.
World’s Greatest Cheesesteak
A hefty pile of house shaved ribeye with onions and poblano peppers topped with Coopers Sharp cheese and house cheese sauce on a toasted Amoroso roll.
Brisket Plate
6 or 8oz of house smoked brisket, sliced to order, with your choice of sauce and two sides. Availability may be limited!
Brisket Burnt End Plate
Cubes of brisket point slow cooked in our traditional red sauce with your choice of two sides. Some like to call these morsels of tastiness “meat candy.”
Pulled Pork
6 or 8oz of smoked pork butt pulled to order and served on a toasted potato roll with your choice of sauce.
The Vegetarian
Pimento cheese, pickled red onions, pickle chips and pickled jalapeños drizzled with poblano pepper cream sauce on a toasted potato bun.
Catering for any occasion
Take-out, dine-in and delivery plus catering, family meals and off-site vending. All catering packages are tailored to your specific event, with packages from $11 per person. Call the restaurant and ask for Mike, or email us. We will make the process as simple as possible.

Meet Mike & Donnie
Mike Blevins and Donnie Barber are the duo behind Vision BBQ. Mike, with his extensive background in restaurants and breweries, had always dreamed of creating a place where people can enjoy great food and drink. Donnie had a strong drive to open a unique dining and brewing establishment.
These two friends grew up in the same area, bonded over their mutual love of Jeeps, and decided to combine their passions and expertise to bring their VISION to life.
